File Transfer and Remote Support
Utilities to enable us to support you better.
FILE TRANSFER
To send us files too large for email, please click the ‘wetransfer’ logo below. A file transfer window will open. Click the ‘+’ sign to add files, add our email (rb@questgraphics.co.uk), your email address and a message, and then click the ‘Transfer’ button. Simples!
REMOTE SUPPORT
Quick links to enable us to remotely log in to your computer to set up email etc, or diagnose problems. This gives a once-only access and does not allow us to log in to your computer without your explicit approval.
